Thank you to the Boonville Black River Canal Museum for giving our directors a tour of your beautiful facility last week.

The museum showcases the important history of the Black River Canal from Rome to Carthage, and the industries the canal served in the region.

The Pratt Northam Foundation has funded the museum a workership grant for several years, allowing the facility to have student interns provide tours to the community all summer long. While the students have returned to college for the semester, the museum is open on weekends through Columbus Day.
