Good afternoon! Every year Lubbock County conducts a countywide fund-raising campaign to support United Way and all of the incredible programs supported through them that help our community. This year, the District Clerk's Office is selling t-shirts! If you would like to purchase one, please see the information on the attached flyer. Forms and payments are due by October 30. Thank you for your consideration and support! *All proceeds will go to United Way

Governor Greg Abbott appointed former Assistant District Attorney Laura Beth Fossett as judge of the 137th District Court in Lubbock, Texas, effective August 10, 2026.

Lubbock County colleagues, friends and family came together to recognize the Honorable John J. “Trey” McClendon and celebrate the career and relationships built along the way.
