🌟 ⭐ Congratulations to our October South Stars⭐ 🌟
Every month teachers from each grade level pick two students who shine at school! These exceptional students continually show us what it looks like to act with integrity, build resilience, and extend courtesy and kindness across our school community.

📚 What an incredible day sharing the joy of reading!

Last week, our second graders had the best time hosting special guest readers in their classrooms for United We Read. Seeing their faces light up as they followed along together was absolute magic.

A huge thank you to our guest readers for spending time with us and to our second-grade teachers for making the day so special. Together, we’re building a stronger community—one page at a time! 📖✨

🤠 Fourth Grade Went to Texas! 🚌
Last week, fourth grade took a trip to the National Ranching Heritage Center and the International Cultural Center (ICC) at Texas Tech University!
Students learned about the different groups of people who immigrated to Texas and the reasons they came. They also got to explore how homes and houses have changed over time!
A HUGE thank you to our friends at the ICC and the National Ranching Heritage Center for welcoming us! We had such a great time learning, exploring, and bringing Texas history to life!
