💜 Walking Together for a Cause 💜

Today, members of the Lubbock County Medical Examiner’s Office participated in the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention (AFSP) Out of the Darkness Walk.

In our line of work, we see firsthand the devastating impact su***de has on families, friends, and our community. But for some of us, that impact extends beyond our profession. We have experienced the loss, grief, and heartache personally, making this cause even closer to our hearts.

Today was about more than just walking. It was about honoring lives lost, supporting those who are struggling, raising awareness, and reminding others that they are never alone.

We are proud of our team for coming together to support a cause that means so much to us, both personally and professionally.

💜 Every step matters. Every life matters. There is always hope.
