Public health is stronger when communities work together. ๐Ÿ’™

Through our Mill Towns Public Health collaborative, Ludlow is able to partner with Palmer, Warren, and West Brookfield to share knowledge, support staff, and connect residents with local resources. From the Environmental Working Group to the Ludlow Health Fair, this collaboration helps us serve our communities every day.

Weโ€™re proud of the people and partnerships behind this work!

๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’™ Mental Health First Aid Training for Parents & Caregivers

Just as CPR helps someone respond to a physical emergency, Mental Health First Aid provides the knowledge and confidence to recognize and respond when someone may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge.

The Ludlow CARES Coalition is offering a virtual Mental Health First Aid training specifically for parents and caregivers:

๐Ÿ“… September 28 and 30
โฐ 6:00โ€“8:30 p.m.
๐Ÿ’ป Virtual via Zoom

All Ludlow Health Department and Mill Towns Public Health staff have completed Mental Health First Aid training because we believe everyone can play a role in reducing stigma, recognizing when someone may need support, and helping connect community members with the right resources.
