TOMORROW is Drug Take Back Day! 💊

Take Back Day is a national event with collection sites set up across the country. It provides a safe and anonymous way to dispose of unneeded prescription drugs.

If you live in the Shenandoah Valley, you can find nearby collection sites in Mount Jackson, Warren County, Harrisonburg, and more.

Clean out your cabinet and keep your community safe! The responsible disposal of prescription drugs is vital for the safety of our families, friends, children, and pets.

Today marks the start of Red Ribbon Week, a nationwide initiative for our kids to have drug-free lifestyles. 🎀

As the longest running drug-use prevention campaign in the United States, the Red Ribbon campaign raises awareness and encourages advocacy to keep kids healthy and drug-free. We feel passionately about this cause at Page Alliance for Community Action, and we’re grateful to share their mission with our audience.

If you also feel moved by their cause, know that there are so many ways to get involved in Red Ribbon. You can learn how to donate, find resources, participate in activities, and more at redribbon.org. 🔗

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time dedicated to hearing, uplifting, and supporting survivors of domestic abuse.

We can all be part of raising awareness. This year, the Domestic Violence Awareness Project is focused on sharing how you can take action to raise awareness, support survivors, and prevent future violence. 💜

If you’re a survivor seeking help, looking for a way to get involved in your community, or wanting to share your story, visit dvawareness.org/for-survivors for resources. 🔗
