We want to give a special thank you to Water Authority of Dickson County, Dickson Electric System and Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative for helping us keep water to our customers during this extreme weather.

County residents,

With the temperatures over the past few days many water pipes are at risk of freezing and bursting. A burst pipe can quickly turn into a serious situation, causing significant water damage to homes and businesses.

To help reduce the risk, you may want to allow faucets to drip slowly and open cabinet doors under sinks to help warm air circulate around pipes.

We are also asking everyone to please conserve water whenever possible during these high-demand days until warmer temperatures return next week.

Thank you for your cooperation, patience, and understanding. Please stay safe and have a good weekend.
