🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness Apparel Fundraiser 🎀

The Lynn Police Association is proud to announce our 2026 Breast Cancer Awareness Apparel Campaign.

Each October, communities across the country come together to raise awareness, support research, and stand with those affected by breast cancer. This year, we are inviting the entire Lynn community to join us.

Whether you are a family member, friend, coworker, neighbor, survivor, or someone who simply wants to show support, everyone is welcome to participate.

Purchase a shirt, sweatshirt, or other apparel item and help us spread awareness throughout the community.

Officer Chakoutis and Chase got to spend some time at Lynn Classical High School for a special reading enrichment event organized through a collaboration between Mrs. Tolley, School Librarian, and the Learning Center. The visit was designed to promote a love of reading, strengthen positive community connections.

The Lynn Police Drug Task Force recently conducted an investigation in the area of Wardwell Ave in response to several complaints regarding drug activity in the area. As a result of this investigation, Detectives arrested one individual and seized over $11,000.00 in cash and over 150 grams of co***ne. The Essex County Sheriff's Department K-9 Unit provided valuable assistance in this investigation as well. We encourage anyone who has suspicions of or information regarding drug activity to contact the Lynn Police Drug Task Force at 781-477-3175, or submit tips anonymously by texting "TipLynn" to Tip411.

Community Impact Team headed up by Lt. Avery attended the opioid awareness ceremony at City Hall. Opioid addiction can affect anyone; our friends, families, and neighbors.

Awareness, education, and compassion can save lives. Know the signs of an overdose, understand the importance of Narcan, and remember that help and recovery are possible.

Together, we can reduce stigma, support those struggling, and help build a safer, healthier community. 💜
