Knowing how your chest normally looks and feels can help you notice changes. A new lump, swelling, skin dimpling, ni**le discharge, or a ni**le turning inward should be checked by your healthcare provider promptly even if it doesn’t hurt.
These changes do not always mean cancer, but they deserve attention. Self-checks do not replace medical evaluation or recommended screening.
Share these graphics with someone you care about. Let’s make it easier for men to ask questions, speak up about changes, and find support.
🌻 At Beth Wright, we’re here for individuals and families affected by cancer with patient navigation, resources, and a caring community.
