TRESCOTT TWP - Trescott residents and property owners, please join us for a Community Mapping Session and Dinner on Tuesday, October 20th at 5 pm at the Cobscook Institute. We will be collecting information about the community's infrastructure (roads, bridges, power grid, emergency services, etc) and looking at ways to protect and strengthen them.

📌Help guide the LUPC’s future priorities by taking the CLUP Pre-Process Survey today! 🌲🥾

Are you someone who lives in, owns property, or visits Maine’s more remote areas? The Maine Land Use Planning Commission (LUPC) Service Area, sometimes called the Unorganized Territories, or the UT, includes those places in Maine without (or with limited) local government. Development across these 10.4 million acres is guided in part by the LUPC’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP), which identifies priorities for zoning and development permitting. The LUPC is seeking public input and feedback on its current effort to update this important policy document. The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete.
