🍎 Gratitude Journals.

The Foundation had the pleasure to purchase 6th grade gratitude journals. Students will write in journals to express gratitude & letters to people in their lives to strengthen positive relationships. Practicing gratitude aids in generating positive emotions, which can enhance well being and foster a more optimistic outlook.

The class created their covers. 🎨🖌️
