One for your watchlist! 🎬

“Being Heumann” brings disability rights history to the screen, sharing the story of Judy Heumann and the activists who occupied a federal building in 1977 to demand change.

Starring Ruth Madeley and directed by Siân Heder (“CODA”), this film is about speaking up, coming together, and refusing to be overlooked. 💙

At ERI, we’re grateful to the advocates whose determination helped expand opportunities for people with disabilities—and those who continue that work today.

âšľ The Brewers are in the WORLD SERIES and so is Big Game Hunter Peterson!

💙💛 As Game 1 gets underway tonight, we want to celebrate one of the hardest-working members of the Brewers family. Hunter has been part of the Milwaukee Brewers 4-1-Force Fan Engagement Team since its very first season in 2023. He auditioned, impressed everyone, and was hired right away. Now he'll be part of the entertainment at the Brewers' World Series home games.

📣 On game days you'll find him all over American Family Field high-fiving fans in the tailgate lots, dancing the B**r Barrel Polka on top of the dugout, and bringing his famous smile from Bernie's Chalet to behind home plate.

Hunter has Down syndrome, and he's showing thousands of fans what inclusion looks like. Kids with disabilities are seeing someone like them working for a Major League team, on baseball's biggest stage.

Congratulations, Hunter, and go Brewers!

📸 See this proud dad moment, shared by Hunter's father, in the comments! 👇

Sarah Carlson wanted to return to the career she loved. She also needed to understand what working again would mean for her disability benefits and health coverage.

After epilepsy interrupted her broadcasting career, Sarah connected with ERI. Through Ticket to Work and ERI PLUS, she received support to understand her options and move forward. Today, she is back on air.

During National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), Sarah’s experience reminds us how much clear information and personal support can matter.
