Respectfully, If you are considering donating to communities in Indiana affected by the recent flooding, monetary donations are often the most effective way to help. While donations of goods are generous and appreciated, disaster-impacted areas frequently have limited storage space and may not have enough staff or volunteers available to sort, manage, and distribute donated items. Financial contributions to local community foundations, and trusted volunteer groups allow responders to purchase exactly what is needed, when it is needed, while also supporting the local economy and recovery efforts.
Thank you for always stepping up to help during a crisis. Jefferson County is truly the best !
