P is for Pre-K, Parade, Pep Rally, and Pumped about learning!

Our adorable preschool students put on an AMAZING Alphabet Parade this morning! Each student worked hard to create a special vest decorated with items representing their assigned letter of the alphabet. They proudly showed off their creative designs as they paraded through Legacy. We are so proud of our little learners and all their hard work! What a fun way to celebrate learning the ABCs!

The Sparkman High School traveling pep rally joined us for the afternoon! Events like today's pep rally are about so much more than school spirit. They give our younger students the opportunity to connect with their school community, look up to positive role models, and see what it means to be part of something bigger. We love watching our students cheer, smile, and celebrate alongside the SHS Senators! These are the moments that build lasting memories and a strong sense of community.

🚀 Learning from Our Future Engineers!

Our 3rd Grade ACE students had an exciting opportunity to learn from a group of Sparkman High School’s Applications of Engineering Team! Students explored the Engineering Design Process through a hands-on Penny Boat Challenge, putting their creativity, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to work as they designed, tested, and improved their boats.

Students also got to explore coding robots, giving them a chance to practice computational thinking, sequencing, problem-solving, and perseverance in a fun, hands-on way!

We are so thankful to our Sparkman High School engineers for sharing their knowledge, encouraging our young innovators, and showing our students how exciting STEM can be!

Today’s young problem-solvers… tomorrow’s engineers!
