Breaking Ground on New Opportunities! 🏗️

Today marked an exciting milestone as we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Hollingsworth Group’s new industrial development near the Monroe–McMinn County line, SouthPoint Tennessee Business Park!

Projects like this represent more than buildings and land. They represent opportunity, investment, and the potential for continued economic growth throughout our region. Strategic development and strong partnerships help position our communities for future business investment and create opportunities that can benefit residents and businesses for years to come.

We’re excited to see this project move forward and grateful to everyone who has worked to bring it to this point. Regional collaboration is an important part of building a stronger future for our communities, and today was a great example of what can happen when partners work together toward a common goal.

Here’s to new opportunities, continued progress, and a bright future for our region!
