On October 22nd 2026, PCT5 Proactive Patrol Units conducted an investigation in the 27000 block of Decker Woods Dr. in Magnolia. A vehicle at the residence was showing stolen. The male on location attempted to evade Deputies on scene and was charged with Evading and UUMV. The female at the address was charged with Theft. The pair were arrested and transferred to the Montgomery County Jail.
