This past Sunday, Officer Burkitt had the opportunity to spend time with some amazing kids at the Special Needs Fishing Tournament!

It was a great event filled with smiles, fishing, and lasting memories. We’re always grateful for opportunities to connect with our community and be part of special moments like these!

Throughout October, the Hamilton Township Police Department proudly joins our community in recognizing those who have been impacted by breast cancer.

We honor the survivors, remember those we have lost, and stand beside those who continue to fight. 💗

This month is also an important reminder to prioritize your health, stay informed, and encourage the people you care about to do the same.

Awareness. Support. Strength. Hope.

Last night’s storms brought heavy rain and strong winds through our area, leaving behind flooded roadways and downed trees.

Please use caution while traveling today. Never attempt to drive through a flooded roadway, and be alert for fallen trees, limbs, and other debris.

Stay safe, Hamilton Township! 🚔

Yesterday, members of the Hamilton Township Police Department traded their cruisers for go-karts and competed in the Southwest Ohio Pursuit at the Motorsports Country Club of Cincinnati.

We’re proud to say Team Hamilton Township took home 1st place! 🏁

This annual event brings law enforcement teams together for some friendly competition while supporting a great cause and promoting positive relationships between law enforcement and the community.

A huge thank you to Bruce Harnish, the Motorsports Country Club of Cincinnati, and all of the sponsors who helped make this event possible. We had a great time and are already looking forward to defending the title!

Today marks 25 years since the attacks of September 11, 2001. A day that forever changed our nation.

The Hamilton Township Police Department joins communities across the country in remembering the nearly 3,000 lives lost and honoring the first responders who ran toward danger without hesitation.

25 years later, we continue to remember their courage, their sacrifice, and the incredible unity our nation showed in the face of tragedy.

Today we honor those who never made it home, those who answered the call, and all whose lives were forever changed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
