Tailored For Success aspires to be the community leader in workforce development. We are committed to moving job seekers from dependency to economic self-sufficiency by enhancing their self-esteem, self-confidence and skills. Through this page, we will communicate with our donors, supporters, clients, Referral Partners and the general public. This page will be a communication vehicle for us to demonstrate the significant impact we are attempting to make on our community. It is our goal to make the following organizational impacts: (1) To provide resources for job seekers to make a successful transition into the workforce, (2) To strategically partner and develop collaborative relationships with clients, business, government agencies and organizations to position TFS as a leader, convener and advocate to achieve our vision, and (3) We will work to be operationally sustainable in order to provide quality programs and services to those we serve.
