Mrs. Debbie Buttrum dedicated 5 years of service to the Arkansas Division of Correction (DOC) and 20 years total to the State of Arkansas. Throughout her career, Debbie’s commitment, professionalism, and integrity made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working with her. On her final day at ORCU, she was surrounded by her husband, her son, and several of her coworkers who came together to celebrate this milestone. We enjoyed cake and ice cream as we reminisced, shared stories, and reflected on her remarkable career and contributions.

Mrs. Buttrum’s steady leadership, compassion, and work ethic set a standard that will continue to guide us long after her retirement. We are truly grateful for all she has given to ORCU, DOC, and the State of Arkansas over the past two decades.

Debbie, we wish you joy, relaxation, and wonderful new adventures as you begin this next chapter of life. Congratulations, and thank you for 20 years of service!
