Yesterday, I had the honor of recognizing Manchester ACERT’s 10th anniversary. ACERT plays a critical role in ensuring children and families affected by trauma receive the support and resources they need. Thank you to YWCA New Hampshire, Amoskeag Health, and the Manchester Police Department for your dedication to this important work over the past decade.

Today, we celebrated the ribbon cutting at 967 Elm St, a beautiful new addition right in the heart of downtown Manchester.

What was once office space has been transformed into new apartments, creating more opportunities for people to live downtown and be part of everything our city has to offer!

MHT is now nonstop to Nashville!

Southwest Airlines launched a new nonstop service from MHT to Nashville International Airport, giving our community more convenient travel options and connections to more than 100 destinations.

The safety of our residents is non-negotiable. Thank you to the MPD and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office for continuing to work together on these joint enforcement efforts.

Joint Enforcement Day Results

On September 24, 2026, Manchester Police and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office conducted a joint enforcement day. Officers and deputies saturated downtown Manchester and other areas of the city, looking for driving violations, various criminal offenses, as well as people with outstanding warrants.

This was essentially a “no tolerance” initiative, and resulted in more than 130 motor vehicle stops and 32 arrests.
