A huge thank you to Brophy Wealth Management, LLC for their incredible generosity! πŸ’™

Through their annual shredding event, they collected a significant amount of clothing for Outfitters Thrift Store and food for our Food Pantry β€” a double dose of community impact that will make a real difference for the families and individuals we serve.

We are so grateful for partners like you!

Our programs are in need of spring essentials.

As the weather shifts, these items help individuals and families stay dry, safe, and prepared while navigating day-to-day life. They may seem simple, but they make a meaningful difference.

The easiest way to help? Shop our Amazon Wishlist and have items shipped directly to us:

Thank you for supporting our community.

Each night, our adult shelter makes it possible to support up to 138 adults with a safe place to stay and access to essential resources.

That includes hot showers, laundry, a bed, nutritious meals, hygiene items, and daytime programming connected to community supports.

This work is powered by a community that shows up with time, resources, and care. Together, we are creating pathways to stability grounded in dignity, empowerment, and hope. πŸ’™

Thank you for joining us for the 36th Annual Walk Against Hunger!

On Sunday, more than 630 people came together to help prevent and break the cycle of homelessness in our community.

Because of your support, families and individuals facing hunger and housing instability will have access to critical services, shelter, food, and hope. Thank you for showing up, walking with purpose, and making a lasting difference. πŸ’™

Our volunteers show up in every season and our Food Pantry runs stronger because of them.

We might be out of Volunteer Month, but at Families in Transition, we celebrate the time, care, and commitment our volunteers bring all year long. From stocking shelves to welcoming community members, their impact is felt every single day.

Thank you to everyone who gives their time to support this work. We’re grateful to have you as part of our community.
