According to a recent study, more than half of children under 6 in the U.S. had detectable levels of lead in their blood. There is no level of lead exposure that is known to be safe, according to the World Health Organization.

This month, the City of Manchester is offering qualifying individuals the opportunity to attend a full, NH State recognized Lead Abatement Worker or Lead Abatement Supervisor training at no cost for anyone whose household income qualifies. ($71,450 or less annually for a family of four)
