One-third of adults with high blood pressure don’t know it. In partnership in Dartmouth Health, the MCC Library and Fitness Center now have stations where you can check your own blood pressure. You can also borrow a blood pressure monitor at the Library Desk to use at home!

Take care of yourself! Pick up a DIY Self-Care Kit in the MCC Library! Each kit contains:
-journal with writing prompts
-self-care bingo card
-coloring bookmark
-origami crane kit
-treats to help you focus
-list of resources

Sea Turtle Conservation Student Showcase

Over spring break, a group of dedicated students traveled to Escobilla, Mexico, to participate in hands-on sea turtle and jungle conservation efforts. Come hear about their transformative experience during our Student Showcase! There will be a presentation on personal stories and a Q&A session—learn how this adventure changed their perspectives and how you can get involved in future trips.
