We appreciated Senator Maggie Hassan's visit last week to the construction site for the Apartments at Pearl and Orange in The City of Manchester NH - Government. This development will result in 126 new affordable apartments-one, two and three-bedroom units. Our real estate development team, including representatives from Pine Brook Construction, project contractors, shared information about the construction process, including challenges that would be helpful to address to speed up creating more housing in our state.

NH residents benefit from the availability of impartial, quality first-time homebuyer education and counseling that is provided by our HUD certified counselors and industry volunteers. Your support next week will help homeownership dreams continue to come true.
