As always, an opportunity to strengthen relationships, and an opportunity to build new ones. 🤝
Thank you NH Recycles for hosting Apparel Impact once again! Thank you for allowing us the chance to connect with folks in person, and to showcase some of the new initiatives we've put into practice to help reach the same goals we've always gone after; helping real people and reducing clothing waste. ❤️

A reminder that it is thanks to *YOUR* decision to use Apparel Impact that we are able to provide clothing, shoes, accessories, blankets and other resources to over 3,000 people and families annually. We host outreach events each month in underserved areas throughout New England, making these items available to those in need. At our "shopping experience" events, around 10,000 items are offered with no limits on the amount taken and no money required. In addition, we provide a dedicated email address to nurses at schools in underserved communities and all Veteran organizations that host one of our bins. This allows organizations to directly request clothing, shoes, jackets, and backpacks for children or Veterans in need. We then deliver or mail these items directly to the school or Veteran organization to be given to the individual in need.
It’s important to know where your recycled clothing is going, and it’s important to us to remind you that we CANNOT serve the way we do without your generosity! 🤝

For many Americans, Memorial Day is personal. A family member. A friend. A hometown hero. A folded flag. A sacrifice carried through generations.
But for all Americans, freedom has been shaped by lives willingly sacrificed in service to this country.
Today we remember, honor, and thank those who never made it home.

85 million pieces in 10 years, 20 million of those pieces last year alone. What does that tell us? Word is spreading. 🗣️
More and more of us are working together towards resolving one of the biggest waste issues that our modern world faces. 🤝
A little privacy while I get dressed, please.
Things You Can’t Wear. Part 18.

Gas prices are getting *ridiculous* BUT. Here’s the GOOD news: It still costs approximately $0.00 to bring your unwanted clothes and shoes to an Apparel Impact drop-off. 😎
Look for us in the parking lot next time you’re filling up (trust us; you don’t want to watch the pump while it’s running anyways) -- we might be right there, and you can finally get rid of that bag of clothes in your trunk that you’ve been meaning to get rid of! 🧢👕👗
*As a side note, not every lot comes equipped with a book donation bin — that’s not us. 😅 But shout out Bay State Books! 📚
We have *got* to start recycling more responsibly. Now the fish are suffering? Someone please take this guy to the river. 🐟

We’re proud to be veteran-owned and it’s an important part of our DNA as a company, but we’re also particularly proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with people from all walks of life, both in house and in our partnerships with other businesses and organizations.
There’s something significant to us about a shared purpose and mission bringing together people of different backgrounds.
Unity is powerful; and effective.
Who is Apparel Impact? A 2-man family grind turned into a 40+ member team operation. Small beginnings and a big vision evolved into incredible partnerships and huge impact. 10 years in and we've got a lot to reflect on, but there's still a lot of work to do. 🙏
