💜🐾 Wildcat Pride was on full display at this year’s Homecoming Parade! 🐾💜

This past Friday, Officer Bryan and Communications Specialist Hunsaker had the great honor of leading the parade! We love being part of the K-State Family and getting to celebrate alongside this amazing community.

A special THANK YOU to our friends at the Riley County Police Department for providing traffic support and helping make the event safe for everyone! 👮‍♂️🚔

There’s nothing quite like Homecoming in Manhattan! Thanks for letting us be part of the tradition.

🌻🏈💜 IT’S A VERY SPECIAL CATURDAY, WILDCATS! 💜🏈🌻

It’s time for the Sunflower Showdown! The Cats are ready to take on the Jayhawks, and we’re ready to help make sure everyone has a safe and fun gameday! 🐾

Part of proper gameday preparation is having a safe exit strategy! 🚗 Before kickoff, make sure you know where you fit into the postgame traffic pattern so you can get where you need to go and celebrate a Wildcat Victory safely!

A few friendly reminders:
🚦 Know your postgame traffic pattern before the final whistle.
👮 Follow the directions of officers and staff working to keep everyone safe.
💜 Be patient with yourself, your fellow football fans (yes, even our rivals! 😉), and the people working hard to get everyone home safely.

Let’s show everyone what Wildcat hospitality looks like, on and off the field!

Stay Safe and Go Cats! Let’s take down the Jayhawks! 💜🐾

💜🐾 The results on the field may not have been what we were hoping for last Caturday, but we still had something fun to celebrate! 🏈

Dr. Wiltz attended her first K-State Football game as our new Chief of Police! 🎉

Officer Purdy thought the occasion deserved a little something special and helped commemorate the moment with a certificate from K-State Athletics. We love seeing our team find fun ways to welcome Chief Wiltz into the Wildcat gameday tradition! 💜

We’ll put last week behind us and be ready to go again this Saturday for the Sunflower Showdown! 🌻🏈

Thanks for keeping our team fueled up this Caturday with a donation of some much-needed go-go juice! ☕⚡

We love serving our K-State and Manhattan communities, and one of the best parts of the job is seeing how often this community shows up to take care of us, too! 💜

🐾💜 CATURDAY IS UPON US, WILDCATS! 💜🐾

We can’t wait to see everyone at The Bill today! Before you hit the road, here are a few friendly travel reminders to help make your gameday a little smoother.

🚧 Coming from out of town? Give yourself extra travel time!
Expect delays approaching Manhattan from both the east and west due to ongoing construction projects along I-70.

🛣️ Traveling from the south?
If you typically take US-77, you may want to consider using K-177 as an alternate route.

🚗 Postgame traffic reminder!
Make sure you know where you fit into the postgame traffic pattern before the game ends. Follow posted signage and the directions of officers working to get everyone moving safely.

Most importantly, be patient with yourself, your fellow drivers, and the officers working hard to get everyone to and from the game safely. We’re all on the same team when it comes to getting home safely! 💜

Have a great gameday, cheer loud, and let’s bring home another Wildcat Victory!

💜🐾 Please join us in welcoming the newest member of the K-State PD Family, Officer Alexa Evora! 🐾💜

Officer Evora was officially sworn in today by Chief Wiltz, marking the beginning of an exciting new career in law enforcement!

On Monday, Alexa heads to the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center (KLETC) to begin her basic law enforcement training. Once she completes the academy, she’ll return to campus to finish her field training alongside the dedicated officers in our Field Training Program.

We’re excited to have Alexa joining our team and look forward to seeing her grow into her new role serving the K-State community!

Best of luck, Alexa! We’ll be rooting for you every step of the way! 💜🐾

Welcome to the family! EMAW!
