LAND GRABBER
Need land? Just take it — who needs courts or community consent anyway?
Angata Barrikoi: 6,000 acres grabbed, a sugar project magically appears, 6 people die — but hey, “development”!
Ndabibi: 2,500 acres of public agricultural land? No problem — fenced off and gifted to friends of power.
Locals protest? They’re “criminals”.
And the President? Just coincidentally always in the background.

Extreme Theft.
See.
If for example you're formally employed and already servicing a personal mortgage — completely separate from the government’s Affordable Housing project. You’ve committed to 30 years of loan repayments to own your home.
But the government doesn’t care.
They still go ahead and deduct the Housing Levy from your salary — every single month — even though you’re not asking for a house from them.
So now, you're stuck with two burdens:
• Paying your private mortgage.
• Losing money monthly to a Housing Levy for a house you don’t have — and may never get.
And even if you’re lucky enough to be allocated one of those so-called affordable houses, the pain doesn’t stop.
You will still continue paying the Housing Levy and be required to pay monthly rent for that same government house. That's double deduction — for a house you still don’t own!
So tell me — where’s the affordability in that?
In the end, you retire broke, having paid for your own house, contributed to government housing you never benefited from, and possibly paid rent on an “affordable” house that was never really yours.
Who benefits?
The same politically-connected people paraded at public events — the “paid attendees” clapping for nothing.
Total exploitation. Tumieni akili.
