🥔 Potato Harvest 2026 is officially in the books! 🚜

We wrapped up a week ago yesterday after two absolutely beautiful fall weeks of harvest and with the BEST crew! 🙌

And now… today, we have snow! ❄️ That’s Montana for you!

Truly, we are so thankful for a great harvest, an amazing crew, and another season in the books. 🌾🥔

Summer days just hit different out here. 🌾☀️

Taking a moment to slow down, enjoying the view, and soaking in another beautiful Montana day. Before long, these fields will be ready for harvest, but for now, we’re enjoying every breeze, every sunset, and every reminder of why we love what we do.

Happy 4th of July from all of us at Gallatin Valley Farms and Gallatin Valley Malt! 🇺🇸🌾

Today, we’re grateful for this country, the freedoms we enjoy, and the opportunity to work the land we love. We’re thankful for our family, our team, our customers, and the incredible farming, brewing, and craft malt communities we get to be part of.

From our fields and malthouse to your table and glass, we’re proud to be Montana-grown and American-made.

Wishing everyone a safe, happy Independence Day filled with good company, good food, and a cold one shared with friends.

🔥🌾 Roasting days are some of our favorite days at the malthouse!

There’s just something satisfying about watching malt transform from grain to rich, beautiful shades of gold, amber, brown, and deep roasted goodness. But if we’re being honest, the real excitement comes next... 👀

After the roasting is done, we run a hot steep to see if we hit the color and flavor profile we were aiming for. When that steep pours out exactly the shade we envisioned? That’s the kind of thing that makes our day! 🙌

Roasting malt is equal parts science, craftsmanship, and a little bit of patience. Every degree, every minute, and every batch matters.

A couple weeks ago we had the best time at Pink Boots Brew Day at Map Brewing, helping brew Fempire Strikes Back. And today, we were back at it — this time helping with the canning! 🙌

Tonight’s the night! 🍻🏆
