The Tea Party on Saturday was a success! We had nine participants and we played a really tough escape room game that everyone still seemed to enjoy. I think I see an escape room game for another future tea party! We want to thank our guests for joining us and being good sports. Our next tea party will be in April of 2027 and hope that those of you who missed this one will be able to join us then. The next tea party theme involves a "little house" and a certain Ingalls family.

Mankato City Library was happy to have Clay Wirestone, Kansas Editor, as our guest this morning to talk about his new book: "Opinionated: Kansas Journalists Who Proved Why Commentary Matters Then and Now" and also talked about Mamie Alexander Boyd who also wrote a book that you can check out from Mankato City Library: "Rode a Heifer Calf Through College". We are very glad that Clay was able to be with us and thank everyone in attendance for coming to our program today.
