CHIEF AARON PALS 98-219
Celebrating 20 Years of Service with the Manly Police Department.

Today we proudly celebrate an extraordinary milestone—20 years of dedicated service in law enforcement.

For two decades, he has worn the badge with honor, INTEGRITY, and unwavering commitment. As a Police Chief, he has led with courage, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility to the community he serves. His career has been built on countless hours of hard work, sacrifice, and a steadfast dedication to protecting others.

Behind every call answered, every difficult decision made, and every challenge faced, there has been a man who truly cares about making a difference. His leadership has earned the respect of his colleagues and community members alike.

While the badge represents his profession, it does not fully capture the character of the man who wears it. He is a devoted husband, father, a trusted friend, a mentor, and a leader whose influence extends far beyond the department.

As we celebrate this remarkable 20-year achievement, we honor not only his service but also the values he represents—honesty, courage, dedication, INTEGRITY and selfless commitment to others.

Congratulations on 20 years of outstanding service. Your hard work, leadership, and sacrifice have made a lasting impact, and we are incredibly proud of all you have accomplished.
