🏗️ What can delaying bond projects mean for construction costs?

Manor ISD estimates that delaying implementation of the proposed bond program could increase total project costs by an additional 8%, or up to $31 million annually, due to escalating construction costs.

Voters will consider the proposed bond during Early Voting, October 19–30, and on Election Day, November 3.

🗳️ Early voting for the Manor ISD November 2026 election begins next week, Monday, October 19, and continues through Friday, October 30.

Early voting spans multiple days before Election Day and may provide greater scheduling flexibility and shorter wait times depending on location and time of day.

📊 Since voters approved the 2019 Bond, Manor ISD has paid down debt early and refinanced approximately $164.6 million in bond principal.

Over the last six years, those actions have resulted in nearly $41 million in long-term interest savings.
