INTEREST POST!

Do you have a 10-14 year-old interested in playing guitar? The Many library is looking into hosting a Guitar Circle that would include weekly sessions of learning guitar basics with guitarist James Wagley. Guitars may be provided for use during the class, but it is recommended that the student have their own for continued practice. We are tentatively looking at Mondays at 5 PM.

If your child is interested, please comment to let us know if Mondays generally work for you and if you already have a guitar.

🎃🍂 PUMPKIN PAINTING CONTEST AT TOLEDO LIBRARY! 🍂🎃

Get creative with us this fall! 🎨 Participants in our art classes on October 20 and 27 will also have the opportunity to join the fun! Pumpkins and all decorating supplies will be provided.

📌 Please RSVP by October 19 so we know how many pumpkins to have ready!

📚 Remember, your pumpkin must feature a character from a book. No carving or cutting into pumpkins allowed! Check out the flyer for age groups and contest rules.

🎃 After the contest, all pumpkins will be displayed at the Toledo Branch through October 31 for the town’s trick or treating festivities. Pumpkins can be picked up on November 2.

We can’t wait to see all your creative book character pumpkins! 🧡📚
