Today, I want to recognize our Chief, Jordan Davis, of the South Chilton Fire Department. Even though this emergency wasn’t in your jurisdiction, you didn’t hesitate to step in and save lives. You never let boundaries stand in the way of helping people in their time of need.
It takes a special kind of person with a true servant’s heart to be a firefighter. It’s more than a job—it’s a calling. You have shown what courage, selflessness, and compassion truly look like, and you are an inspiration to firefighters everywhere.
Thank you, Chief Davis, for your hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to protecting others. Most of all, thank you for being a true hero.
May God continue to bless you, protect you, and guide you as you serve our community. We are so proud of you.
