e City reserves the right to remove content that: Makes a credible threat of unlawful violence toward a specific person or identifiable group, intended to and reasonably understood to cause fear of bodily harm or death. | Incites and is likely to produce imminent lawless action. | Meets the legal definition of obscenity under federal law. | Contains personal information such as home addresses, phone numbers, or social security numbers. | Constitutes repetitive posts, commercial solicitations, or content unrelated to the post topic. | Violates intellectual property rights, including copyrights or trademarks. | Directly facilitates or instructs others to engage in illegal activities. | Could reasonably endanger public safety. The City will not remove content solely based on viewpoint; moderation decisions are made in accordance with the First Amendment and applicable law. The City may report comments to Facebook for review if it believes such content violates Facebook’s Community Standards or policies; however, any resulting removal or restriction is solely at Facebook’s discretion.
