The Productive Living Board for St. Louis County Citizens with Developmental Disabilities (PLB) is conducting a Community Needs Assessment to help guide future planning and funding decisions. This supports our commitment to being accountable stewards of public funds and prioritizing what people need most.

Who Should Complete This Survey: Individuals with IDD, their families, community partners and others who live or provide services in St. Louis County are encouraged to participate. The same survey link can be shared with all audiences.

We love partnering with other agencies! We have had so much fun teaching SHADE at the Arc this semester, and can't wait to host Easter Seals Midwest and their PLB, DDR, and DDRB grant funded Self-Advocate Program at our office this summer.
