Our Crow and Thrasher soldiers are out telling the story of the 78th Aviation Troop Command’s efforts in suppressing active wildfires in South Georgia. The Georgia National Guard plays an integral role in declared emergencies by providing a versatile and ready force capable of responding to natural and manmade disasters across the United States.

We want to congratulation Staff Sgt. Moses Howard II on retiring after 22 years of service in the United States Army. Staff Sgt. Howard joined the public affairs community and the 124th MPAD in 2014, and has been great source of positivity in our organization. Sunday Runday! Yesterday, our Crows and the 473rd TPASE Thrashers finished off the Army Fitness Test (AFT) with the two-mile run event. Aerobic exercise is crucial for overall health and well-being which increases our units' readiness.

This past weekend, 473rd Theater Public Affairs Support Element Thrasher and our Crow Soldiers conducted land navigation with their section teams at the Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta, Georgia. Additionally, each section also created a documentary of their experience conducting land navigation to hone and sharpen their video capturing, editing and production capabilities. Tell the Story!

Proud of the work these Thrasher and Crow Soldiers accomplished during 25! Excellent work all around in telling the story of the U.S.’s commitment to security and stability in the Black Sea region, and highlighting the importance of strong alliances and partnerships.
