Thank you to all our Army Service Men, Women, and their families.
As we prepare to honor our Service men and women this Saturday, I wanted to share a littler "living history"-- as we have so many with our Veteran Residents.

I will never forget the amazing General Norman Schwarzkopf-- he was the first soldier that I remember bin on the tv during my high school years. But after a little research I found out he made Major during the Vietnam War, and wanted to leave the Army, but continued his career to ensure there would be strong leaders for a better tomorrow. He continued this leadership trend by surrounding himself with great people including Gen. Colin Powell and Pres. George Bush to ensure the success of The Gulf War. He retired as General in 1991 but continued to consult and influence until his passing in 2012.

His legacy was long and well respected due to his philosophy of sticking to the truth and doing what others saw as "difficult".

Tell me about your Serviceman and their history in the comments below-- ⬇️⬇️⬇️

We are so grateful to Bright Horizons 3 & 4 years olds who “paraded” their way through our lobby— they were the cutest bunch!!!
