These dogs where out in the recreational area and across the bridge at Creekshire. They aggressively approach me as I was walking my dog ON ITS LEASH. I had to pick up a stick to protect my dog. It took longer than normal to walk back because the dogs kept approaching. Residents, your dogs cannot being running loose in the neighborhood. It is a danger to Residents and to the dogs too.

In Georgia, pedestrians should walk on the left side of the road facing traffic when there is no sidewalk. This allows pedestrians to see approaching vehicles and avoid potential hazards. Pedestrians should also walk as close to the edge of the road as possible, using the shoulder if available.

Lifeguard coverage available during the hours below.
May 23 – July 31
Monday – Sunday: 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
August 1 – September 1
Monday – Friday: No lifeguards (pool service 2x/week)
Saturday – Sunday: 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
September 2 (Labor Day)
12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Remember to have access to the Pool your Brookcliff POA dues must be paid (and cleared) before May 15th so that pool codes can be set up.
After-hours access is available until 10pm nightly if you have a signed waiver on file. This access is for members only – no guests allowed after hours – must have a parent present if under 21 years old. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in termination of after-hours privileges.

Hey American Disposal customers, they have moved pickup from Thur to Wed.
2022 POA Annual Dues:
- Check you PayHOA account for an invoice.
- Payments due by March 31st and are considered late on April 1. A late fee of 10% is added if payments are not received by March 31.
- Full Members who pay early (before Feb 28) get a $50 early payment discount. There is no discount for Civic members.

If you have American Disposal garbage/recycling service: they have postponed recycling pickup until January 27 because of Covid impact on employees.

Pool is open from 8am - 10pm. NO LIFEGUARDS ARE PRESENT. Please review your Pool Use waiver, including the above conditions during this time. Violators are subject to suspension of member privileges.

11am - 7pm, LIFEGUARDS PRESENT, guests are allowed
