NEW #1 TIME IN 2A GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY AND TWO RECORDS BROKEN!

Marion’s Dylan Kraus put together a RECORD-BREAKING performance at the Goessel Invitational, running an incredible 18:45.65 to take over the #1 spot in Class 2A girls cross country!

Not only is it the fastest time in 2A this season, but Kraus also set a NEW GOESSEL MEET RECORD and ran the FASTEST TIME IN MARION LADY WARRIOR XC PROGRAM HISTORY!

Kraus is no stranger to success, on the track finishing 2nd in the 400 meters at state in each of the last THREE years and capturing the 800-meter state championship last spring!

Now she’s making history on the cross country course!

Kraus is one of just 29 girls in Kansas to break the 19-minute mark this season, and her 18:45.65 ranks #22 overall in the state across all classifications!

One of the state’s most accomplished track athletes is proving she’s just as dangerous on the cross country course!
