Customers on Paulton Road from Galatia Post Road to Rt. 13 will be temporarily out of service due to a water line being damaged. Repairs are being made now and water will be restored as quickly as possible. Those customers will be under a boil water order until further notice.

A water main has been damaged on Galatia Post Road causing water outage for customers from Rock Creek Road and all roads East. This includes Rock Creek Road, Chaney Road, Galatia Post Road east, all road in the Castle Oaks Subdivision, Poordoo Road, Welborn Lane, Angelville Road, Nixville Road, McSparren Road, Fuller Road, Jochum Lane, and all road off of Galatia Post Road east of Rock Creek Road. Repairs are expected to only last a few hours provided there isn't significantly more damage than what there appears to be. All customers on effected roads will be under a boil water order until further notice. The boil water order is expected to last until sometime Friday. Please contact the office if you are unsure if your home is included in the outage/boil order.
***ATTENTION***
Water will be disrupted on Tuesday morning, September 17th, beginning at 7am and remain off while crews work to complete the tie in of the new water lines at Rt. 166/Caplinger Pond Road. This will affect customers on Moeller’s Road, Watkins Lane, Bethlehem Lane, Knight Lane, West Crabtree School Road, West Caplinger Pond Road, Rt. 166 from Rt 13 to Caplinger Pond Road and Worley’s Mill Road. This scheduled outage will last for several hours while they dig, cap, connect and cover the new water lines. Once water is restored a boil water order will be in place until we receive testing results. Please let those around you be aware of the outage so all customers can be alerted. A water line has been damaged on Simpkins Lane causing outages along that road. Repairs will be made as quickly as possible.

Customers west of Pittsburg Road can expect water loss due to tying in lines. This should be ongoing for the next several hours and then services will be restored. Once this leg is completed we will be able to work to lift the boil order in the next day or so depending on how quickly the lab is able to provide results.
Construction continues in the district. Crews are making their way to Eastland Road. If any damage is caused while working, water will be interrupted for the entirety of customers west of Pittsburg Road due to the availability of only one valve on the old line currently. Any repairs will be made as quickly as possible to restore services. This has not happened as of yet, and no guarantee that it will. We wanted customers aware of the happenings in case of outages.
A water main has been damaged on Songbird Road and customers west of Pittsburg Road can expect water loss/low pressure until repairs can be made. A boil water order continues for the same area.

Repairs are actively being performed and water will be restored as quickly as possible. We have no timeline for return of services at this time. The boil water order continues until further notice.
Work continues in the Songbird Road area. Construction crews are working to make meter connections to the new water line as well as cap old water lines. Outages/low pressure should be expected throughout the day. Efforts are made to avoid interruptions, but issues may arise that can't be avoided. A boil order continues for all customers west of Pittsburg Road until further notice due to the ongoing work in the area.
***ATTENTION***
On Monday the 22nd there will be a temporary shut off beginning at about 7 am for customers on Kourey Leauge Road, Buckley Road, Chayla Road and Fietsam Road while crews connect services and cap lines. Water will be restored as quickly as they are able. No time frame for the outages has been established and we will update if there is any change to the timing, location or if any other issues arise.
Construction crews plan to be in the Khourey League area beginning tomorrow morning to begin connecting services to the newly installed water lines. While efforts will be made to avoid any damage to existing lines, things sometimes happen. While connections are made you can expect temporary interruptions so they can get meters hooked up. We will update as we are able with information passed along to us.
