PLEASE BE ADVISED that, pursuant to 35 ILCS 200/21-135, DELINQUENT TAX NOTICES were produced and mailed on JANUARY 30, 2026. The DELINQUENT TAX NOTICE SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR TAX BILL PREVIOUSLY ISSUED, REGARDLESS OF ANY DATES OR AMOUNTS DUE LISTED ON THE ORIGINAL TAX BILL.

All INTEREST (35 ILCS 200/21-20), COSTS, AND PENALTIES shown on the delinquent tax notice are DUE AND PAYABLE as provided by law.
