WIC EBT card issues.....
Good morning, just want to let everyone know that the company who provides service for our WIC EBT cards is currently experiencing some technical difficulties. This will make it difficult to use the BNFT app &/or purchase items at stores. I will let you know as soon as possible when the issues has been resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The issue with Ge**er infant cereal at check out has been resolved. Your transactions should go thru without problem. Please call either office if you continue to have issues.
Currently there is an issue with Ge**er infant cereal & check out. If you receive a decline/error message when trying to purchase WIC benefits and Ge**er infant cereal is one of the items scanned for purchase, remove the cereal & the rest of the items will process through without problem. WIC is working to get this issue fixed. We're sorry of the inconvenience.
