We are incredibly proud to recognize one of our own, Bonnie Blevins, who was honored last Thursday at the Washington County Chamber of Commerce breakfast by Highlands Community College.

Bonnie was invited to share her story and speak about how the EMT and A-EMT programs at Highlands Community College have positively impacted her career and helped shape her journey in emergency services here at Marion Fire/EMS.

Her dedication to serving our community, commitment to continued education, and willingness to share her experience are a tremendous reflection of the professionalism and heart she brings to our department every day.

Congratulations, Bonnie, on this well-deserved recognition! We are proud to have you as part of the Marion Fire/EMS family and grateful for the difference you continue to make in the lives of those we serve. 🚒❤️

We'd like to shout out a big thank you to our local Wal-Mart who provided lunch today to Marion Fire-EMS and the Marion Police Department to say thank you for our participation in their fundraiser for the Children's Miracle Network as month or two ago. Thank you for the yummy homemade pulled pork and smoked mac and cheese!
