🚒 BIG NEWS FOR TOLU-SHERIDAN FIRE DEPT! 🚒

Tolu-Sheridan Fire Department, along with Salem Fire & Rescue, Burna FD, Grand Lakes FD, Marion City FD, and Crittenden County Volunteer FD, has been selected to receive a FEMA Regional Grant totaling over $854,000!

The grant will provide approximately 85 new SCBA air packs for the participating departments, giving our firefighters updated equipment to protect them from dangerous smoke and toxic environments.

Having matching equipment across our neighboring departments will also make working together during mutual-aid calls safer and more efficient.

This was the third time a grant has been submitted for our community and persistence paid off!

Most importantly, we want to say THANK YOU to the Tolu and Sheridan communities. Your continued support, trust, and faith in our department mean more to us than we can put into words. We are proud to serve, and we will continue working hard to provide you with the best service and protection possible.

This isn’t just a win for our fire department—it’s a win for the entire community we’re proud to call home.

Thank you to Salem Fire and Rescue for spearheading this effort.🚒🔥
