The middle school girls from Partnership for Appalachian Girls' Education spent the evening here for a STEAM lesson involving Legos & 3D printing.

P.A.G.E. has been part of Capitola Mill since the beginning, and we love seeing them do what they do best!

It has truly been a pleasure to add so many wonderful individuals to our 1st floor community over the last year!!

Now joining the spa suites are Red and Zia Buttitta, working under the business name 3 Sisters Wellness. You might recognize Zia from her time at the Spa at Capitola Mill prior to the flood, and we’re so excited to welcome her back to the building in this new chapter.

3 Sisters Wellness offers thoughtfully curated, integrative massage experiences focused on whole-body relaxation and restoration. Their sessions are fully customized and include special touches like hot towels, face and scalp massage, and the option of hot stones, gua sha, or cupping. Appointments are available in 60- and 90-minute sessions, depending on individual needs.

They also offer wellness enhancements such as herbal treatments using handcrafted botanical salves, aromatherapy with therapeutic-grade essential oils, and dry brushing to exfoliate skin, boost circulation, and support lymphatic flow.
