Prescription Drug Take-Back Event October 24

Residents are reminded that a prescription drug take-back event will be held Saturday, October 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Marshfield City Hall. The event provides a safe and convenient way to dispose of unused or expired medications while helping prevent prescription drug misuse and protecting our water supply.\
\
Local law enforcement is participating in partnership with IMPACT Wood County and the Marshfield Area Coalition for Youth (MACY).
Residents are encouraged to check their homes for medications that are no longer needed and bring them to the collection event. Remember, medications should never be flushed or poured down a drain.
