🐴 TREASURE VALLEY EQUINE EDUCATION SERIES 🌄
Knowledge Today. Stronger Tomorrows.

Calling all horse owners, enthusiasts, and anyone who wants to be better prepared to care for horses! Join University of Idaho Extension – Owyhee County for a three-part Equine Education Series focused on practical, real-world information for healthy horses, prepared owners, and resilient communities.

📅 November 4 – Equine Evacuation, First Aid & Brand Inspections

2026 Idaho 4-H Learn Engage Act Develop Summit (ILEADS)

Idaho 4-H LEADS (Learn, Engage, Act, Develop Summit) to be held October 2-4, 2026 at College of Southern Idaho (CSI), Twin Falls, Idaho.
This event will be open to youth in grades 8-12.
$200 for 4-H Youth,
$225 for Non 4-H Youth.
$150 for Adult Chaperones/Volunteers.

This new program aims to:
1. Promote Sparks, Belonging, and Relationships.
2. Reach teens from all delivery modes (Club, Camp, Afterschool, In-school, and special programs) and serve new audiences.
3. Empower Youth Voice to “Lead to Change” for community improvement. With an over-arching emphasis on leadership development, the program will provide learning and teaching opportunities for teens in the areas of:

• Agricultural Sciences

• Health & Well-being

• STEM

• Expressive Arts
