Imagine what life will be like if judge Ayana K Young actually cared about the best interest of these children and promote a relationship between Father and Child? Without any evidentiary hearing, without any witness testimony, without any cross-examination, without any therapist, without any police reports, without any restraining orders, without any anger management classes, without any drugs or alcohol testing, without any co-parenting classes, without any history of anything, this Father was severed from his children. During the last 570 days, he was only allowed to see his children 50 days of that. This father has lost all rights to his children. Meaning he has no legal or physical custody of his children. Imagine being deprived from your children because of a judge who cares nothing about the law and make up her own law as she goes. What will you do knowing that over the course of 5 years approximately 1,800 days, you only saw your children 400 times of that? Is this what Contra Costa County Family Court system promotes, the destruction of a family unit? I thought California law promotes continuous and frequent contact between both parents? What would the children's live would look like if judge Ayana K Young actually allowed this father to have equal shared time and parenting? What long lasting memories they would have created together? Why should the people care about this average father? Well, he is a college graduate from Saint Mary's College in Moraga. He played three season under the New York Yankees organization. He ran his own business in El Sobrante. He is an Enrolled Agent the highest credential given by the IRS. He is a health and life insurance agent. He was a license professional trainer. He was a softball and baseball coach in Antioch and helped out at Contra Costa Community College with Willie McGee. He help High School students through enrichment program at Kennedy High School. He was a substitute teach from k-12. And most importantly, He is a loving FATHER. Something is wrong and that is why we ask the public to start a campaign to RECALL JUDGE AYANA K YOUNG IMMEDIATELY!
