We are honored to introduce Brooke, Paramedic/RN to the AirLife VA team! Brooke comes to us with a plethora of knowledge experience as flight nurse as well as a firefighter/paramedic. She completed her first flight with us and is already showing her abilities as a clinician. Please give her a warm welcome as she settles into her new position! AirLife Virginia was well represented at the ECHO Conference in Philadelphia this week! 🚁

Three members of our team had the opportunity to learn, connect, and exchange ideas with air medical professionals from across the country, bringing new knowledge and perspectives back to our crews and the communities we serve here in Virginia.

A changing of the guard at AirLife 1.

After years of service to our crews, patients, and communities, we said farewell to N136VA today. She carried countless patients, supported our team through some incredible moments, and will always be part of the AirLife Virginia story.

At the same time, we’re proud to welcome N971EC to Martinsville. A new aircraft, a new chapter, and another step forward for AirLife 1, bringing IFR capability and continuing our commitment to safety and the communities we serve.

Thank you, N136VA, for the miles, the missions, and the memories.

Welcome home, N971EC. There’s a lot more ahead.

We’re excited to introduce the newest addition to our base, N971EC. This aircraft brings IFR capability to AirLife Virginia, expanding our ability to serve the community and continue advancing the care we provide across the region.

But the aircraft is only part of the story.

None of this happens without the incredible team behind it. Our clinicians, pilots, mechanics, communications teams, and everyone working behind the scenes have put in a tremendous amount of work to keep AirLife Virginia moving forward. We’re proud of this team and even more excited about what’s ahead.
