Last week, Vanessa, our director, and Nicole, our family peer supporter, attended the Ohio Children’s Alliance System of Care Summit! 💙

They heard from state leaders about children and youth’s access to mental health services and ways to strengthen our System of Care to better support families.

Even at a statewide conference, we love seeing local connections! They had the opportunity to connect with fellow Union County partners from Coleman and OhioGuidestone. Collaboration makes our community stronger! 🤝

❄️ A little pep talk as we head into the winter months! 💙

Winter can be such an exciting time for kids, full of holidays, snow days, and special memories. But for parents, it can also bring extra stress, busy schedules, and long days indoors.

Give yourself some grace. You don’t have to make every moment magical, and it’s okay if some days are just about getting through. Your kids don’t need perfect parents; they need you.

Take a deep breath, celebrate the little wins, lean on your support system, and remember: We can do hard things! 💪❤️ One day at a time, one moment at a time. You’ve got this! ☃️✨
